□ Bibliography Search Result List

A list of material that yielded search hits as a result of searching under the input conditions is displayed in the simplified bibliography display form.

Clicking a bibliography area displays the bibliography details of the corresponding bibliography.

Clicking a number in the search result page directly displays the page.

□ Number of Search Results

The number of material search hits as a result of searching under the input conditions is displayed.

□ List Switching

　button : Displays the bibliography information prior to the currently displayed bibliography information.

　　　　　　　　　　　　This button is displayed only when any data prior to the currently displayed bibliography exists.

　button : Displays the bibliography information subsequent to the currently displayed bibliography information.

　　　　　　　　　　　　This button is displayed only when any data subsequent to the currently displayed bibliography exists.

□ Material Designation Display Switching

By clicking the [Switch material] button after selecting the checkbox for material designation, the material displayed in the bibliography search result list can be narrowed down.

□ Navigation

Clicking the button at the upper right corner of the screen causes a jump to the beginning of a set of available function buttons.

□ Search Condition Changes

Clicking the [Search again] button after adding (changing) input conditions enables narrowing down search results and modifying material designations.

□ Bookmark (BM) Function

Any searched bibliography can be saved so that it can be referenced later.

Bibliography information is saved in the bookmark, and "addition" to and "reference" of the bookmark can be performed.

　[Add] button　　　　　: Adds bibliography information to the bookmark when the checkbox of a bibliography displayed in the list has been selected.

　　　　　　　[Reference] button : Displays a list of bibliographies saved in the bookmark. If only one bibliography is saved, its bibliography details are displayed.

When referencing a bookmark, "Save/Clear search history" and "Narrow down" cannot be used.

* The [Bookmark] button is displayed also in the upper part of the screen.

　　　　　　　[Check all] button　 : Checks (Selects) all checkboxes.

　　　　　　　[Release] button　　 : Unchecks (Deselects) all checkboxes.

□ ＮＩＩ Bibliography Search

Clicking the [Search NII] button, implements a search of NII bibliography using the current search conditions.

□ Save Search Conditions

Clicking the [Add] button saves search conditions and the number of search hits.

Clicking the [Reference] button enables you to reference the search history.

* The [Search history] button is displayed also in the upper part of the screen.

If at least one of "registration number," "material ID," and "Call No." is specified in the search conditions, or a search produces more hits than the upper limit,

no search history can be saved.

Saved search history is cleared when the browser is closed.

□ Save to a File

Data in the bibliography list is downloaded to disk.

□ Send Mail

　　　　　　　Data in the bibliography list can be sent by E-mail.

　　　　　　　E-mail is sent to the registered mail addresses.

　　　　　　　The [Send mail] button is displayed only when personal authentication (login) is used.

■ When a Search Produces no Hits

　　　　　　　Execute the "search again" function after changing the search conditions.

■ When a Search Produces more Hits than the Upper Limit

　　　　　　　Execute the "search again" function after changing the search conditions.
