□ Displaying the Bookmark Picture
Get the picture from the site that providing the picture of the bookmark, and display the picture on the right side of the book’s title.
When move on the picture with mouse,
then the larger picture of the bookmark will be displayed on the right side.
As well, when user click the picture of the bookmark, as soon as a new
window will be displayed that displaying the search results
that search on the site who
providing the picture of the bookmark.
□ Title
Information and Number of Bibliography
The bibliography area and
bibliography number of the bibliography selected in the bibliography list are
displayed.
□ Lower
Bibliography List*
If any lower bibliography exists
for the bibliography selected in the bibliography list, a list of
bibliographies is displayed.
Clicking a link in the
bibliography area displays the linked bibliography details.
*The lower bibliography, is the
bibliography that showed by clicking the links with library (complete volume
and series, etc.).
□ Collective
Holdings List*
If any collective holding exists
for the serial bibliography selected in the bibliography list, a list of
collective holdings is displayed.
The contents to be displayed in the
collective holdings list are as follows:
・ № : Order of displaying a
list of collective holdings. Clicking
this displays a list of holdings.
・ Holdings area : Area where the material is held
・ Holdings
place : Place where the material is
presently located
・ Holdings
place2 : Place where the material is
presently located
・ Volume : Volumes of holdings
・ Available
Serial Issues : Years and months
of issues of holdings
・
"Accepting" :
"Accepting" is displayed if acceptance processing is still in progress.
*The collective holdings, is the
record that displays the volumes of serial bibliography held in library.
□ Holdings
List
If any holding exists for the
bibliography selected in the bibliography list, a list of holdings is
displayed.
A list of holdings can also be
displayed from a lower bibliography list or a collective holdings list.
The contents to be displayed in
the holdings list are as follows:
・ № : Order of displaying a
list of holdings. Clicking here displays
the holdings details screen.
・ Volumes : Volume numbers when the holdings
are divided into multiple volumes
・ Holdings area : Area where the material is held
・ Holdings
place : Place where the material is
presently located
・ Material ID : Material number
・ Request
symbol : Number on the label attached
to the back cover of material
・ In-library
use only : Information about whether
material can be lent out. If lending is
prohibited, "In-library use only" is displayed.
・ Status : Current status of lending of
material. If blank, the material is
available.
・ Due date :
Due date by which lent material must be returned
・ Reservation
count : Number of persons who have
reserved the material.
・ Reservation : A reservation request can be made by
checking the checkbox for material to be reserved. This item is displayed only if authentication is used.
When multiple volume numbers are
displayed, it is possible to display only the relevant volume by clicking the
[Narrow down volume] button.
The following items are provided
to narrow down the search:
・ Volume number :
Narrows down the list of volumes based on the volume number
・ Years/Months
of Serial Issues : Narrows
down the list of volumes based on the year/month in which material was issued
□ Bibliography
Details
Detailed information on the
bibliography selected in the bibliography list is displayed.
Clicking one of the following
links in the bibliography details display section displays linked bibliography
details or authority details.
・ Parent
bibliography link : If any upper bibliography* exists, details
of the corresponding bibliography are displayed.
・ Author link : Displays the authority information on the
author. Other works of the author can be
viewed.
・ Classification
number link : Displays a list of bibliographies with the
same classification number as that of the bibliography.
・ Subject
headings link : Displays a list of bibliographies with the
same subject as that of the bibliography.
・ URL link :
Displays the displayed URL in another screen.
・ Bibliography
change link : Displays the information on serials before
or after changing the title of the serials bibliography.
*The upper bibliography is the
bibliography linked with the library (complete volume and series, etc.).
□ External
link
Display the picture of the external link
of the cooperation site.
Click the picture of the external
link, the results of search the book with same condition on the cooperation
site will be displayed in a new window.
□ Displaying
the Previous/Next Bibliography
button
: Displays the bibliography
information prior to the currently displayed bibliography information.
This button is displayed
only when any data prior to the currently displayed bibliography exists.
button : Displays the bibliography information
subsequent to the currently displayed bibliography information.
This button is displayed
only when any data subsequent to the currently displayed bibliography exists.
□ Navigation
Clicking the button
at the upper right corner of the screen causes a jump to the top of a group of
available function buttons.
□ NII
Bibliography Search
A search of NII bibliography can
be performed from the bibliography details screen.
[Search with the same conditions]
button : Performs a search of NII bibliography under the same search conditions.
[Search in the same bibliography]
button : Performs a search of the NII database to find whether a
bibliography with the same details as those of the currently displayed
bibliography exist.
□ Bookmark (BM) Function
Any searched
bibliography can be saved so that it can be referenced later.
Bibliography information
is saved in the bookmark, and
"addition" to and "reference" of the bookmark can be
performed.
[Add] button
: Adds bibliography information to the bookmark when the
checkbox of bibliography displayed in the list was selected.
[Reference] button : Displays
a list of bibliographies saved in the bookmark.
If only one bibliography is saved, its bibliography details are
displayed.
When referencing the
bookmark, "Save/Clear search history" and "Narrow down"
cannot be used.
* The [Bookmark]
button is also displayed in the upper part of the screen.
□My Folder
Function
It is
impossible to add the displaying bibliography into bookmark of My Folder (DB).
[Add Bibliography Info.] Button
: The displaying bibliography will be saved into bookmarks of My
Folder (DB)
□ Save to a
File
Clicking the [Save] button
enables downloading of the currently displayed bibliography information to
disk.
The user can choose
the encode of saving file that user want to
save from the pull-down menu.
□ Send Mail
Data of the bibliography list can be sent by E-mail.
Clicking the [Send] button sends mail to the registered E-mail
addresses.
This function
is displayed only when personal authentication (login) is used.
The user can choose the encode of sending email that the user want from the pull-down menu.
□ Reservation
Request
A reservation request for the
currently displayed holdings is issued.
Clicking the [Apply] button
after selecting the target holdings from the holdings list displays the
"Reservation request" screen.
This function
is displayed only when personal authentication (login) is used.
□ Additional
Purchase Request
A purchase request for the
currently displayed bibliography is made.
Clicking the [Apply] button
displays the "Purchase request/order request selection" screen.
This function
is displayed only when personal authentication (login) is used.
□ ILL Copy
Request
A copy request for the currently
displayed bibliography is made.
Clicking the [Apply] button
displays the "Copy request" screen.
This function
is displayed only when personal authentication (login) is used.
□ ILL Lending
Request
A lending request for the
currently displayed bibliography is made.
Clicking the [Apply] button
displays the "Lending request" screen.
This function
is displayed only when personal authentication (login) is used.
